Bulk Items in the Alleys
Hello Randolph Neighbors,
I finished driving through all the Randolph alleys today using SeeClickFix to report bulk items. I’m happy to report that the alleys didn’t look that bad! It’s important to use one of the following methods to report bulk items:
- Call 3-1-1
- Use the free phone app SeeClickFix
- Use the city’s Citizen Request System (CRS) – This will be changing to RVAOne later this year.
- Use one of the two free transfers stations to drop you items off yourself.
The general time frame for having items picked up is 4-6 six weeks. Yes, you read that correctly. If you have renters living next door to you, please go knock on their door to make sure they are aware of what they need to do. They can also call local thrift stores like Diversity Thrift for furniture donation.
Thank you,
Amy
Randolph Neighborhood Association
