Free Weatherization kits to City Seniors 65 & over

The Department of Public Utilities will be at Pleasants Hardware on W. Broad, next to Lee’s Chicken, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30, providing free weatherization kits to city seniors 65 and over.
