The City of Richmond Department of Planning & Development Review will be holding an open house to discuss proposed changes to zoning regulations and the parking overlay district along the West Cary Street and West Main Street corridors between Meadow Street and Harrison Street. The meeting originally scheduled for February 26 has been tentatively rescheduled for Thursday, March 26, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Binford Middle School.
