[Meeting 1:] Thursday, September 3rd from 7pm – 9pm at the Round House in Byrd Park (RSVP HERE). Following the regular business of the Friends of William Byrd Park, [results] from the original survey will be presented, and follow-up discussion will take place regarding priorities for the park.
[Meetings 2 and 3:] On September 10th and 16th from 4pm-9pm open prioritization voting sessions will take place at the Virginia Home, 1101 Hampton Street. Data from the survey and the discussion on September 3rd will be used to categorize priorities. Anyone who would like to participate is welcome to come by for 10-20 minutes anytime during the open voting hours to participate in a prioritization exercise. Volunteers from Storefront will be present to assist you.
At the completion of the process a full report, including survey results, will be delivered to the Friends of William Byrd Park, the City of Richmond and posted publicly at storefrontrichmond.org.
